Cassutt Law Firm
Quality Legal Services In The San Diego Area

Offering High-Value Legal Services

Ken Cassutt of the Cassutt Law Firm provides high-quality, efficient representation to individuals and businesses in San Diego County. I am an experienced attorney, with over 30 years of practice in the private sector. As the sole attorney at my firm, I am intimately involved in every aspect of a client's case, working closely with the client to find solutions to his or her real estate, business, commercial, land use or zoning problems. I take the time to fully understand my clients' matters and strive to minimize costs and stress throughout the legal process.

I was first licensed as a lawyer in California in 1980. In addition to years of private practice here and in New Mexico, I served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of New Mexico, prosecuting illegal subdivisions and timeshare fraud. I was a hearing officer for land use appeals to the Santa Fe City Council. In addition, I served on the City of Santa Fe's Policy Planning Commission. These experiences give me valuable insight into the decision-making processes of planning and zoning commissions, state agencies and other regulatory authorities. I also have extensive international experience as a business developer for innovative green technologies in South Africa. This gives me firsthand experience regarding the legal needs of my business and project development clients.
